Dallas Curator Asks JFK Film Owners To Come Forward

24 Mar

Sixth Floor Museum official Mr. Gary Mack remarked on the discovery of a recently released film taken during President Kennedy’s last night alive:

“When I look at these films, I see people in the background with cameras and I know those pictures from that angle have not surfaced yet…and I wonder ‘Where are these pictures?  Why have these people not come forward?'”

One nearly half-century old 8mm movie that has surfaced was by taken by Roy Botello.  Botello said the film had been sitting in his living room drawer for decades. Botello’s movie shows the president and First Lady the night before President Kennedy’s assassination in Dallas on 11-22-1963.  A link to the Botello film can be found here.
